Mandate and Affiliations<\/strong><br\/>SWEN Voile Inc. is mandated to manage the Beaconsfield Yacht Club Cruising Sailing School. The school is officially affiliated with Sailing Canada and Voile Qu\u00e9bec.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Absence ou retard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cas de non-pr\u00e9sentation ou de retard important, le cours est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme utilis\u00e9 et ne pourra pas \u00eatre reprogramm\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Reprogrammation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Les participants peuvent <strong>reprogrammer leur cours sans frais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 48 heures avant l\u2019heure pr\u00e9vue du d\u00e9but<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>La nouvelle date est propos\u00e9e selon les disponibilit\u00e9s. La demande doit \u00eatre faite par \u00e9crit (email, message, etc.) ou via le logiciel de r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4. Annulation par l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve pour une formation journali\u00e8re, aillant lieu de d\u00e9part le Yacht Club de Beaconsfield<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All cancellations must be submitted in writing to SWEN Voile Inc. via email at contactswenvoile.com or through the reservation software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellations made <strong>more than 48 hours<\/strong> before the start of the course, 100% of the fees will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellations made<strong> less than 48 hours<\/strong> before the start of the course, no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>5. Annulation par SWEN Voile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SWEN Voile Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course for reasons regarding safety, weather conditions, insufficient participants, or instructor unavailability. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In such cases, participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a later session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training days are maintained with a minimum of<strong> two participants<\/strong>. If the minimum is not met, the client will be invited to reschedule, or may be offered a private lesson option. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>6. Cas de force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of unpredictable circumstances beyond the control of SWEN Voile Inc. (e.g., exceptional storms, severe thunderstorms, government restrictions), the cancellation policy may be adapted to offer a partial refund or a credit for a future date, depending on the circumstances. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>7. Acceptation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registering through SWEN Voile Inc. for the Beaconsfield Yacht Club Cruising Sailing School implies full acceptance of this cancellation policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last Revised: April 2026 1.
