1. Mandate and Affiliations
SWEN Voile Inc. is mandated to manage the Beaconsfield Yacht Club Cruising Sailing School. The school is officially affiliated with Sailing Canada and Voile Québec.
2. Absence ou retard
- En cas de non-présentation ou de retard important, le cours est considéré comme utilisé et ne pourra pas être reprogrammé.
3. Reprogrammation
Les participants peuvent reprogrammer leur cours sans frais jusqu’à 48 heures avant l’heure prévue du début.
La nouvelle date est proposée selon les disponibilités. La demande doit être faite par écrit (email, message, etc.) ou via le logiciel de réservation.
4. Annulation par l’élève pour une formation journalière, aillant lieu de départ le Yacht Club de Beaconsfield
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to SWEN Voile Inc. via email at contactswenvoile.com or through the reservation software.
- For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the course, 100% of the fees will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the course, no refund will be issued.
5. Annulation par SWEN Voile
- SWEN Voile Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course for reasons regarding safety, weather conditions, insufficient participants, or instructor unavailability.
- In such cases, participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a later session.
- Training days are maintained with a minimum of two participants. If the minimum is not met, the client will be invited to reschedule, or may be offered a private lesson option.
6. Cas de force majeure
- In the event of unpredictable circumstances beyond the control of SWEN Voile Inc. (e.g., exceptional storms, severe thunderstorms, government restrictions), the cancellation policy may be adapted to offer a partial refund or a credit for a future date, depending on the circumstances.
7. Acceptation
- Registering through SWEN Voile Inc. for the Beaconsfield Yacht Club Cruising Sailing School implies full acceptance of this cancellation policy.
